The GM Africa and Middle East Headquarters in Dubai, UAE serves as the regional headquarters for GM's operations in Africa and the Middle East region. It is strategically located in the iconic Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC), which has been a landmark in Dubai since the 1980s. This prime location holds historical significance as it was Dubai's first major tower and business center, and it played a vital role in establishing Sheikh Zayed Road as a bustling skyline and commercial hub.

Established in 1992, GM Middle East's headquarters catered to countries in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Levant region as well as Iraq. In 2015, as part of international operations restructuring, GM merged its Africa and Middle East operations into a single business unit. The GM Middle East headquarters now manages operations for these regions.

GM's customers in the region have embraced iconic vehicles, such as but not limited to, the Chevrolet Tahoe, Chevrolet Corvette, GMC Sierra, GMC Yukon, and Cadillac Escalade, which have become an integral part of Arabian culture. In Egypt, the Chevrolet brand has been the top vehicle brand for over 15 years, consecutively. With a network of 17 distributors serving 29 countries, the organization has over 203 customer-facing rooftops to cater to countries in Africa, Levant, the GCC and other Middle Eastern countries.
